Problem & Context
Customers need a quick, technological, and efficient way of ordering caffeinated drinks on-the-go during peak hours of the day. BrewFast aims to address that problem with a mobile system that takes the user under ten clicks to customize, pay, and select a pickup method preference for their order.
my Role
I led the end-to-end design process, from initial research and problem definition to mid-fidelity prototyping and testing. I was responsible for architecting the user flows and system logic to ensure the mobile ordering experience remained efficient during peak hours.
